Term & Conditions

The information below sets out the terms and conditions under which goods and bespoke goods are sold by RNH Stagedesigns to its customers through this website, www.rnhstagedesigns.com (“Our Site”). Please read these terms carefully and ensure that you understand them before placing your order. 

Designs

Once the order form has been submitted and your deposit has been paid, our design team will contact you with your first design pack within 72 hours. 

You have the right to change this design as many times as you require until you are happy with this. The first 3 changes will be completed free of charge. Any further changes will be subject to a design charge fee of £25. 


To avoid extra charges we highly recommend being as accurate as possible with your design brief during the order process.

Payments

We offer two types of payments at RNH Stagedesigns - 'Monthly installments' and 'outright with deposit’.

For monthly installments, the amount is created by dividing the full cost by the number of months remaining before delivery. Your first-month payment will act as your deposit.

For ‘outright with deposit’ orders, a deposit of £295 will be collected upfront, with the remaining balance payable upon completion of the dress.

Customers who cancel their purchase at any time after order are not entitled to a refund of any monies paid up to and including the cancellation date.

Customers must have paid off the remaining balance in full before shipping will occur.

Shipping is not included within the dress price and will be payable upon completion of the dress for your delivery to occur.

The price listed on the website is a fully inclusive cost that includes diamonds, headpiece, and kick pants. Dress bags are available at an additional cost. 

Measurements

After the measurement form has been submitted, RNH Stagedesigns does not accept responsibility in respect of any changes which may occur in the dancer's dress size and body shape. It is up to you, the customer, to make RNH Stagedesigns aware of any sizing changes after your order is placed. Should the costume be under construction there may be an additional charge to update the new sizing onto the dress.

Shipping & Delivery

Regrettably, RNH Stagedesigns cannot provide an exact delivery date of your dress due to shipping handling and/or customs inspections for international delivery. 

We will provide you with a completion date of your order at which point we recommend leaving 4-6 weeks on top to allow for any unforeseen delivery delays that will not be the fault of RNH Stagedesigns.

Returns 

Bespoke and custom dress orders at now eligible for refunds or returns unless due to a manufacturing fault or defect. We cannot accept the return of bespoke dance costumes if that return is due to incorrect information provided by you.
